  • The U.S uses 37% crude oil, 24% Natural gas, 23% Coal 9% Electric and 7% renewable energy for its energy sources
  • 57% of the U.S' crude oil is imported.
  • 43% of the imported oil comes from the Western Hemisphere, 22% from Africa, 21% from the Persian Gulf and 12% from other sources.
